Every SAVATORI piece is handcrafted to order. We take time because quality takes time — and we want what arrives at your door to feel like it was always meant to be yours.

All orders are shipped fully insured and tracked. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our hands. For bespoke pieces, we will send you photos before shipping so you can confirm you love it.
We want you to love your piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund — this is your statutory right under German and EU consumer law (Widerrufsrecht).
Please note: bespoke pieces made to a custom specification are excluded from the standard return right, as they cannot be resold. We will always send photos before shipping to ensure your approval.
To initiate a return, email hello@savatori.com with your order number. We will arrange collection at no cost to you.
Every order arrives in our signature dark packaging: a rigid gift box, tissue-wrapped, with a handwritten thank-you card and the stone’s certificate of authenticity. If you are gifting the piece, let us know and we will include a personal message.
